1. How can my DMS vendor get access to CNH's offering of External API solutions?

Answer: Please reach out to dlnadmssupport@cnh.com in order to get set of credentials and unique encrypted key.

2. What credentials are needed to connect to CNH's External APIs?

Answer: DMS will pass Basic auth in HTTP header with username/password, including unique key provided.

3. My credentials aren't working/expired, who should I reach out to?

Answer: Please reset your credentials using the reset function on the Dealer Portal like you normally would when they expire. Please reach out to dlnadmssupport@cnh.com if there's any questions.

4. What current interfaces are available from CNH?

Answer: Currently CNH has 10+ interfaces that are available for external integration, including warranty, warranty claim submission, telematics, SRT, Work/Repair Order, Parts Price, etc.

5. I'm interested in a future interface, who could I contact about it?

Answer: Please contact dlnadmssupport@cnh.com and someone will reply with further communication.

6. Are interfaces available for every region?

Answer: API availability depends on region, some API solutions by CNH are global solutions while some might only be available region by region (e.g. NAFTA, EMEA, APAC, LATM).
