Introduction

CNH is partnering with Dealers to ensure they can keep machines maintained and running. With CNH providing better data, this enables a more proactive and preventative Dealer focus.
The Data Exchange Platform (DEP) is a bidirectional data exchange between Dealers’ management systems and CNH using API integration technology. This helps establish an industry standard of tools and technology to strengthen the business relations with both Dealers and DMS’s, while increasing the support and experience to customers.
The data provided from these API’s helps Dealers better understand where the machines have been used, how they’ve been used, and how to fix them right first time. Telematic, Warranty, Service Repair Time, and more are all available through an API integration directly from CNH through use of a Dealer’s native dealer management system.
